Pocket Realms: Offline Arcade is published by KAWI Software AS, Norway. KAWI Software AS is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us at support@kawisoftware.com.
Playing and saving progress
The game works offline and does not require an account. It has no advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics or tracking SDKs. Progress, high scores, medals, favorite games, settings, creature discoveries, your current adventure and your orchard are stored on your device. This version does not send these records or personal information to KAWI Software or other companies.
Permissions and platform services
The Android game requests vibration permission for optional haptic feedback. You can turn haptics off in the game's settings. It does not request internet, location, contacts, camera or microphone access.
Android and Google Play provide installation, security and store services according to their own policies and your device settings. This release disables Android automatic cloud backup. Pocket Realms does not operate a cloud-save service.
Deleting your progress
Clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to delete locally stored progress. This release has no cloud backup or recovery account; KAWI Software cannot restore deleted local progress. There is no Pocket Realms account to delete.
Children and online features
This release has no chat, user-generated content, account registration, advertisements or real-money purchases. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Support requests
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request and keep correspondence only as needed to handle that request and meet applicable obligations. Please do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information in your support correspondence, or object to its processing. Contact support@kawisoftware.com with the subject “Pocket Realms data request”. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway. We do not hold your local game save and cannot delete it remotely.

This policy describes the Android game, package com.kawisoftware.pocketrealms. Visiting this website or using external services involves the technical services of the relevant website or platform provider. Information you voluntarily email to support is handled as described above.
If a future game version introduces services that change how information is handled, we will update this policy before those changes apply. The date above identifies this version.
